Since Dr. Hess has left, Dr. Roberts has been the primary physician at the clinic. Dr. Roberts is a wonderful person and very nice. With that said, I have had many issues with them in regards to communication and medications. Dr. Hess would personally do follow up calls, make suggestions and offer helpful advice. I don't get anything like that now. The staff has treated me and my wife very poorly and I've actually ran out of essential medication twice because they would forget to send or confirm refill requests. I feel like the cutting of hours back shows that they are too overwhelmed, and increasing visit costs seem unnecessary. I don't mean to rant, but I'm just disappointed in the night and day difference since Dr. Hess left.

Dr. Hess first treated me years ago at the Health Department, and I was very happy to learn that I can continue my care with him as my Primary Dr. Both he and Dr. Roberts are taking very good care of me and we have excellent communications, There aren't many Drs. out there that still call their patients to see how they are doing and follow-up with their care. I have insurance, but prefer to pay the low office visit fee to see Dr. Hess over going to see a Dr. on my HMO network at a lower rate. The staff at Grace Clinic treat me like a person, not a chart number, and they take the time to learn cost effective ways of treatment, unlike some Drs. that will just write a handful of expensive prescriptions that I can't afford. I appreciate the care that is given by Dr. Hess and Dr, Roberts, with knowledge and sincerity, as well as the efficiency of the friendly support care from Gabby. I highly suggest that you give this clinic a try, and believe you'll feel better for doing so!

I seen John Hess PA through the Lecanto Health Dept and when he left I was saddened. I just recently learned where he is. He is "The Best PA , and cares about his patients and listens and takes the time with them. Does not rush you in and rush you out. He's helped me in the past and now the FUTURE FOREVER, I'm very picky on who I choose coming from the Health Field myself & now injured. He's Amazing and I hear the same for Dr Roberts. Yet, I will only see John Hess because he's treated me before with Respect and Dignity!

The doctors are really caring and listen to you. They spend time with you instead of rushing you right out the door. The is a very short waiting period to be seen by the doctors. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The charge for service is reasonable and if you have trouble with money to pay they will also work with you on the payment issue.

This place is so wonderful! Everyone is very friendly and you can tell that they actually really care about their patients. The doctor even personally called the next day just to see how my husband was feeling. We also don't have insurance and the are so affordable and even helped us get our proscriptions cheaper. Hands down best doctors office I've ever been to. Godbless you guys :-)

I went to see Dr. Hess last week. It was my first time seeing him and I wasn't quiet sure what to expect. However, after my experience at this clinic I know that this is the right place for me. The receptionist is such a sweetheart and gave me excellent service. I've never experienced such fast and accurate service. When I explained all my symptoms to Dr. Hess he knew immediately what kind of medicine to provide me. Within a few days I was feeling back to my normal self.

I've never found a doctor like Dr. Hess who is as understanding, patient and caring before. I will definitely be returning to see him and I'd be more than happy to wait to see him if the clinic is full with other patients.I cannot stress this enough but you cannot get a service like this anywhere else especially at the prices offered (very cheap!) Also the young blonde receptionist? She's a gem and brightens everyone's day and does her job spot on as does Dr. Hess.

I went to see Dr. Hess (He is a DOCTOR, by the way) and he was incredible. He is caring, patient, and takes time to understand what your situation is. I have never had better care from anywhere I've been. The price is amazing, and it's really focused on helping the people who don't have a lot of money or insurance. All in all, this beyond exceeded my expectations for such a CHEAP clinic.

I went to see Dr. Hess (who is a Nurse Practioner) and he was very sympathetic with my situation... He was unable to help me as much as he would have like too and asked that I follow up with his overseeing Dr. At the practice named Dr. Roberts or to go see another primary care Dr. In the area. I was more than happy to follow up with Dr. Roberts as I was a previous patient of his. I called and asked how to proceed a few days later and was informed that Dr. Roberts would call me back. Dr. Roberts called me back personally a few hours later and spoke to personally and was more than willing to help and asked me to just come in that day. I let the receptionist know I was on my way about an hour later after I got myself and my small child ready. It cost me gas money, I had to pay someone to take me the 30 miles to his office. 2 mins before arriving I recieved a message from the receptionist saying Dr. Roberts wanted to speak to me. I was confused as I had already spoken to him and had a plan in place. I went to the office and spoke to him personally. He didn't even remember our conversation a few hours earlier that day, he sent me away saying he couldn't help at all and to go see another Dr. How sad to not even remember speaking to me, waiting my time and money. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the many other walk in clinics in the area. This place is a joke. So unprofessional...

After seeing Dr. Hess he was sympathetic for my situation but was unable to help out long term and asked that I follow up with his overseeing Dr., Dr. Roberts or to go see another local primary care DR. In town. I had seen Dr. Roberts before and was more than happy to follow up with him. I called in the office to see how to proceed and I got a call back from Dr. Roberts himself explaining that he was more than willing to help even going as far as describing how he could help and just to get in to see him that day. I got myself together, packed up my small child, and also paid someone $10 in gas for a ride. I was only 2 mins away when his receptionist called to let me know to please call before I came in, I was confused to say the least as I had already let them know ahead of time I was on my way and me and Dr. Roberts had already spoken. Once I called back I was informed to not bother coming in and to go to another Dr. In the area. As I was only 2 mins away I went down to see him anyway and to try and understand what had happened and he acted like we had never spoken. It was like the whole conversation we had never happened. I wasted time, money, and energy. Dr. Hess is only a Nurse Practioner and Dr. Roberts seems to change his mind quite freely or not remember conversations he just had with you. Now I am back to square one. Please just don't waste your time as I did. Go somewhere else, there are plenty of other walk in clinics in this county. Very unprofessional.

From the first phone call to schedule an appointment because I fell ill on a FRIDAY afternoon, to the physician evaluation, and subsequent resolution of my symptoms, mere words cannot express the blessing this clinic is! Efficient, caring, thorough, cost effective, knowledgable, timely!!

Dr. John Hess is the best doctor I have ever had. He treats you with a lot of respect and he really cares about his patience. I would recommend him to any and everyone.
