Dr roger Gilley has been our vet since Hurricane Andrew days . He has saved lives for us and been one of the unsung humanitarians of our century. When a tiny puppy of ours was dying, he rescued him from a horrible expensive vet Er and never even charged me. The puppy had to be put to sleep and Dr Gilley consoled me as I cried over our little dog. Not the first time. His staff at the vet practice are all kind, funny, and efficient. You have to wait for your pet to be treated, no appointments, but tis worth it in cost and expertise. Dr Gilley makes it possible for normal people with normal income to keep our pets healthy. We had 10 dogs recently and take them all to Dr Gilley . Over the past 25 years, Dr G has been a mainstay for us and our pet family. I can't imagine being a pet owner without this vet and his help keeping them healthy and well. We can't speak highly enough of this guy and his loving vet operations. His vet techs are knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good things about it. You have to wait because he does to make appointments and can see many more animals this way but - take a good book or just visit with the other nice pet owners who you will find waiting also in his office. I have met some of the nicest people there, also who love their pets and share their experiences.

Called about Christmas 2017 hours and got a whole rundown thru Tuesday. Only taking Monday, Dec 26th off, we appreciate your dedication over the holiday weekend. Very courteous on the phone, not rushed off the line or put on hold.

Dr Gilley has been our vet for 25 years . He is a kind humanitarian, an excellent doctor. We entrust our beloved family pets to his care and his technicians. Over the years he has become a trusted friend and has helped us over some tragic losses, beyond any hoped for norm of his profession. His costs are also reasonable to allow normal families to take good medical care of their pets also. We love his staff, often his wife, son and brother also work with him and he has employees with him who stay . You may have to wait but tis worth while to do so.
We are Jose and Gina Rosa , so grateful for the years of care for our pet family .

This is the 2nd bad encounter with Dr. Gilley and his staff. First a couple of years ago we call the office and they said that our dogs would be seen if we were there by 4:30PM. We came all the way down from the Hammocks and arrived at 4:15PM and was told by an arrogant employee that we wouldn't be seen. There was a substitute Vet there and he didn't want to take anymore appointments. The employee could care less. I wrote Dr. Gilley a letter to him and his investors, that we had been customers of his for years when we used to live in Cutler Ridge. He call, was very gracious and apologized for the incident.

So, after awhile we started taking our dogs back and everything was ok. They were supposed to take care of a hernia to one of our dogs when we spaded her. The lump still exists, and so, I think he didn't even do it. Maybe he was made at use for telling our story. Maybe just over looked.

Our dogs have acquired allergies, so we take them to him ever 4-6 months when they start scratching. They give them a shot, and the time before yesterday they didn't even charge us for Pebbles shot because as a Pomeranian she was so little with wasn't worth it. No Dr. office charge.

Yesterday we asked just for the shots, told the receptionist as well as the person who came out to pick them up. He returned within 2 minutes. When we went to pay for the shots it was $73! After my wife came to the car and said how much it was I went in to ask, and the lady said that she had already talk to the doctor. We never saw the doctor and am not sure he was even there. Shots used to be $17 now they are $22 a 30% increase.

So, they obviously do not care about the animals anymore, it's now like most doctors make as much money as you can, as fast as you can. Because if he did she them, at $29 for 2 minutes equals a $90 per hour rate.

Dr. Gilley Your FIRED.

I went to a Vet near my house for my dog. I found out after spending $350 in visit and tests that he had Lymph Node Cancer and to expect the worst soon. I was devastated and I went to work where I was informed about Dr. Gilley. I went there at 7:54AM to be fourth in line. I was rather depressed thinking my dog had only days to survive. Dr. Gilley had/has this persona about him, to where he placed me at rest, he didn't agree with the pills, gave me a different style/brand and gave my dog a shot and charged me $55 and asked to see me in 2 weeks. When I returned, Dr. Gilley saw my dog and when I went to the front desk to pay, they said no, no, that is ok, your doing good and keep up your regiment, there will be no charge. When I left, there were 12 people waiting, which only tells me that Dr. Gilley does this not only for the love of the creatures he sees, but also takes under consideration of the people that he helps. MANY KUDO'S to Dr. Gilley.
