Food for cuba corp is a NON profit organization designed to help feed children and families in cuba. We have ONE simple philosophy and It’s the Company'S mission statement "everyone deserves food NO matter where YOU live" if You’re asking yourself WHY YOU should donate your hard earn money to help provide food for cuba. I (like everything we DO) will keep the answer simple. Cuba is unique AS FAR AS humanitarian outreach programs GO. With the united states embargo sanction in place It’s very hard for ANY kind of humanitarian AID to GET into the country. SO if You’re a hungry child in the USA or most pArts of the world. There is countless humanitarian programs in place to make sure YOU find food but in cuba that is NOT true and in most cases that child will just GO hungry. The next question you’re asking yourself is HOW will MY donate BE used? again the simple answer is your donate will BE used to provide food for child and families in cuba but SO much more. We will BE provide food related support through training and education of Cuban FARMERS. EDUCATION will BE provide on growing of crops such AS corn. Wheat and soil beans ETC. Your donate will Also provide seeds for growing of crops. Farming equipment such AS plows and the purchases of livestock such AS pigs. The next question your probably asking yourself is. HOW will food for cuba accomplished these goals with the embargo is place? again I will give YOU a simple answer. Cubans helping cubans. Food for cuba has connected with many Cuban citizen living in the united states and through these connections we have learned HOW to work within the laws of the united states and the cuba government. It's like if someone asked YOU HOW to GET around in the town YOU grow UP in. Or ASK YOU WHO would YOU talk to. To find OUT WHO is doing good work to help your town. YOU could answer these question because YOU grow UP there and know the country and people. We will BE using the same kind of knowledge to insure we accomplish OUR goals. The last question You’re probably asking yourself is. WHY would I wanted to help cuba? Isn't the government there BAD to its people? MY simple answer is this. We will NOT BE concerning ourselves with the politics of the cuba government. We are doing this for the Cuban people. Again OUR mission statement is "everyone deserves food NO matter where YOU live" and we believe that with the very soul of OUR Company. Besides we feel that once the basic necessity of life are provided to the Cuban people and having direct contact with the Cuban people will show them that people of the world care about them. We CAN than encourage individual grow AS individuals and AS a society and once people believe in their hearts that their life have value. Chance will occur.
