Dr. Call, also another Doctor in Loebel's office is the same! I went to her for a routine pap and she was very cold. I could tell it was painful for her to try to have a conversation with me. I was also not thrilled with the staff overall in the office. Nobody is friendly and they all make you feel really uncomfortable. Will not be returning to this office ever again!

Dr Loebel of Western Mass ObGyn was very unpleasant to deal with....while she is very smart, she has a snippy,rude bedside manner, not to mention she was rough during a pap smear. I would not reccommend her
