I had a 9:00 am appointment and after waiting for more then a hour I asked how much longer I would need to wait.That is when I was told the machine was broken,and I needed to rescedule.If I had not said something I wiuld have been waitng all day.The experience weas very upsetting.I hope It goes better on my next appointment,I have no choice but to try again. But would not recommend,as I have a heart condition and this is axactly the kind of thing that raises my blood pressure and heart rate.I arrived feeling fine and left very upset.My advice would be to go somewhere else if possible.
