DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!! Gave $2500 down without test driving vehicle. John Wu said he just wanted to make sure I was serious about buying the car and so he can get to fixing it. Also, not to worry that if anything went wrong, he would return my down payment. Back and forth for 3 weeks trying to get the car right. Besides them fixing door locks, getting me keys and new radiator nothing was done. I was promised suspension, trailing arms, hub bearings, brakes lines, etc parts to make safe to drive and eliminate all the rust, for more than 3 weeks to complete car and nothing. We even offered to do the labor and he just supply parts. He even refused to replace rusty calipers which were seized and is dangerous. Phillip kept making excuses why he could not get the parts. As I was waiting, I personally had to spend money to replace AC compressor, AC fan motor, 3 busted motor mounts, complete rusted shift linkage and all bushings, 4 rusted brackets, get the header welded to the exhaust because they cut the exhaust instead of using bolted flanges, rewire all speakers because only the front passenger door speaker was working. They ALSO charge $800 dealer fee and $1000 delivery fee on top of the advertised prices. $5000 car was over $9000 with interest and fees not including the $2500 I put down! John Wu promised me the world in fixing it and I fell for it. It was a rust bucket. Had bad transmission and tried blaming me for it. I missed 2 weekly payments for $69 because the car was still with them and I was pouring money in the car for things THEY promised to fix. They Reposed the car one hour after I texted them to tell them I wasn't giving them another dime until they fixed the which I had car for only 1 week. I still tried to work something out. Even offered to pay off the month and they STILL hadn't gone through with what they promised me. They did not refund ANY of my $2500 down payment. They had the nerve to tell me to put another $3000 down or buyout $8000.

If you do buy here, make sure you have all vehicle issues correct BEFORE you pay. Once you take possession of the vehicle, all promises are forgotten. Prior to leaving the lot, I was promised two tires, new door latch and "Check Engine" light issues corrected. I called back the following week to set up appointment and they refused. I do not recommend you make your purchase here.

John is awesome. Love the cars. They have a pretty great variety of fun cars such as Civics, Integras, 240s, 300zx, ect... I like to stop by and window shop. It's hard to make up my mind. lol

This is my second time here. I bought a 2003 Honda Accord and the car is awesome. Actually everything is awesome,the owner Mr John Wood taught me how to choose a car that is best for me very patiently and I test the cars here multiple times. In greenfield, they will take care everything. All the staffs here are very nice, perfect service. I already bought two cars here and I will absolutely come back for my future cars.

I have personally purchased 4 cars through Greenfield USA. A 2001 Toyota Celica (my very first manual car), 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder convertible, a 1993 Honda Civic SI EG hatch (GS-R swap) and finally a 2004 Honda S2000 (AP2).



My favorite thing about working for Greenfield USA is that they show and disclose everything they know about a vehicle. Obviously it's not possible to know every single thing about any car unless you purchased it brand new. Lol But what they do know is all posted right on their website. They are the only dealership that I know of that does this. For used cars, it doesn't get much better than that.

I first came to Greenfield USA almost 4 years ago and bought my 2005 Honda S2000. I loved that car. They did a phenomenal job. After my accident I purchased a second car from them. 1992 Honda Civic VX hatchback. Great car for commuting to and from work. I admired the work that they did so when John offered me a position, I jumped right on it. Been here for almost a year and I love what I do. Just purchased my third car. 2004 Honda S2000. I never got over the loss of my other S2000. lol
