Just thought that i should drop a nice note for the company's accurate and reasonable service for my Subzero unit. I never knew any service company that can repair my high end brand that efficient and explain exactly whats wrong. The tech guy even gave me some maintenance tips my ref. which tells me that they really know what they are doing.

I recently got a repair from All Hollywood Appliance and AC Repair when my stove stopped heating up. The technician took only five minutes to inspect it and he set on repairing it. Pulled out some wires from the stove and put in some replacements and was done. He was professional the whole time and didn't have any problem with it putting the stove back together again. Ok so I did a really dumb thing and tore a part of my dryer that I couldn't reattach. Luckily after I explained the issue over the phone to All Hollywood Appliance people they were able to send someone out to me .I will always call them and keep my hands off my other appliances.

Prompt, friendly and with excellent knowledge. The technician carefully went over the old Whirlpool dryer, examined the balance springs and re-leveled the machine. He gave us advice on placement and leveling and recommended that we continue to hold on to the Whirlpool. The noise on spin should not harm the machine should it get out of level.
