I had several estimates, including one from the big "local guy". The owner came out on Sunday to fit my schedule for an estimate. Underground Concepts came in on the lower end, and still picked up a few things others missed. There were no hidden charges, and everything was spelled out clearly in the proposal. There is not a dry area on the lawn, and I have not had to call them back for anything except winter blowouts. I am very happy with their service.
