Customer service is awesome. They know me by name, when I go in I feel welcome and special. I love it!!

So rude!! I walked in today the person that was there completely ignored me!! I politely asked if they accepted walk-ins. The lady getting her nails done said there was someone in the back. Then the dumb blonde that was doing her nails dancing around said well.. we do but not today. She didn't even look up at me, I guess she was to busy singing & dancing around. I will never go back & I will make sure that everyone I know, knows how rude they are!!

I was on vacation and wanted to get pampered for the day, I called spoke to a few of the salon's and this had the friendliest person when I called, so I decided to try it. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and prefessional with my haircut, pedicure, manicure and massage. I love the experience and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to get papmpered on their vacation while they are traveling.
