We called before driving over there to see if we could get our girls in for a quick game of laser tag before dinner and the kid on the phone said yeah no problem, we show up shortly after maybe 5 to 10 minutes and the kid at the desk informed us it was an hour wait and he was sorry, then pretty much just pushed us aside offering nothing else other than an apology. I attempted to contact a manager but was obviously responded to not by a manager and was told that the person we talked to on the phone and I quote "should be beat" and had we waited an hour we would've gotten the laser tag for free.
Had the communication been better and the situation been better explained we might have stuck around, but the they only had one person manning the desk and there was clearly no sort of communication between employees.

this place is the best place to just go hang out for a good time.

Not worth the money! 7 out of 9 laser packs didn't work during most of the 10 minute game and they wouldn't give us a new game or even any kind of discount. The staff was rude. Will never go back.
