I have worked at Challenge for 9 years. I think there are some low life people there that make things rough for everybody. There's always some corrupt people in management everywhere, but I like my job and it pays the bills. When nobody else wanted me because of my age I think, they hired me. I thank God for Challenge, and there are a lot of good people there, management and non-management.

I have worked for challenge for 1 year now and the wages and raises are very low. The upper management is corrupt. Workers and managers come in smelling like alcohol. Even a few women there do sexual favors for raises. I would not recommend working hers.
