I went to Butch's with my mom, friend, and her mom. We walked in and were not welcomed by the hostess. We had to initiate and tell her that we had 4 people. She sat us down and poured us our water and walked away. We waited for 20 minutes without anyone saying anything to us. All the waiters ignored us. Terrible service.
