Ordered meat in good amounts 3 seperate times. On the LAST order, I not only was overcharged, I was also given a much less than quality cut, I was told that that was the the owner said to do it so I must be wrong about what I ordered. For any important event, you cannot trust someone who cannot deliver consistantat work or product. I wasted my time money and trust on them and will NEVER return. I will also tell anyone I know to go anywhere else.

The quality is the best and you can taste it. If your not satisfied with the meat- then maybe its the chiefs problem. Prices arent bad, considering quality and knowledge of knowing where your meat has been. The employees know what they are talking about and are helpful to get any kind of cut you want. The environment is friendly and the sandwiches are to die for. I highly suggest a visit. Try the Santa Maria Tri-tip, great roast which everyone will love- on the grill or in the oven.

Best Butcher shop in town, I always shop there for my meat, prices are great and you can not beat their choices and preparation. The staff is always pleasant and willing to help.

Snider's is a meat conisseurs dream, and economically sound. They even accept food stamps. Great meat packages and weekly deals.

One of the very first recommendation I had when we moved to SLC was Snider Bros. Meats. NEVER was I disappointed in my purchace of quality meat! My three favorite buys were their Santa Maria tritip, Colorado lamb & veal chops. For 8 years our tastebuds were delightfully stimulate by the wonderfully flavorful meats. I just spoke to someone on the phone & my query was graciously answered. I needed to know the temperature for roasting a tritip roast--it's been 5 years since we moved away & I'd forgotten. This is the best meat in town. The service is very friendly and they know their meat. Their Santa Maria Tri-Tip is unbelivable! They also make great made-to-order sandwiches.
