Terrible service dept., only good for oil change, tire rotation and car wash

Sun Toyota is a super company to do business with. They are courteous, prompt and care that they make you happy by doing their job correctly.

I am a previous customer of Sun Toyota. My salesman called me and asked about trading in my vehicle. I agreed to an appt. Several calls from the dealership to confirm the appt. I went in and signed to pull a credit report and was told, my salesman was with a customer and he would get back to me the following Monday. I never heard back. I called the salesman "Bo" and left a ton of messages that were never returned. What the hell??????????

The is the second Prius that we have purchased from Sun Toyota. We just traded in our 2013 for a new 2015 just because they gave us such a great deal. Their service department is excellent. What great customer service. We will be back again when we need another new car. No high pressure sales people, which is a BIG plus. Keep us the great work. Chet & Carole Jasak

If you are buying a new Toyota you have to go to Sun Toyota in Holiday, Florida! My wife and I recently drove over 30 miles to buy our new 2014.5 Toyota Camry there. A close friend recommended Sun Toyota having purchased a car there. We were very happy we did. We got the best price and saved hundreds of dollars. We met the nicest sales people we have ever encountered at any Toyota dealership and this was the fourth Toyota we have bought since 1985. They had the largest selection of Toyotas from which to choose. There was no pressure to buy. The dealership and service department is state of the art and very comfortable. We would highly recommend Sun Toyota to our friends and family. We are very happy with our new purchase! :-)

We just bought a used SUV at Sun Toyota and are very pleased with it. Our salesman was very attentive, drove us all around the massive lots to find exactly the right car for us, and made a great deal with us. Everyone we met in the dealership treated us very nicely. This is our second Toyota, and we'll stick with them.

Chuck Dickenson is the salesman who take care of us in the purchase of our Toyota Corolla 2014. He was very patient , understanding and went above and beyond our expectations. I have purchased over 30+ vehicles in the last 25 years and have to say that this was my best experience ever buying new, Sun Toyota gave an excellent price over the internet right away (went to 3 other dealerships in person, they did not want to even give me a price unless I gave them all my info) so I made the 2 hour/100 mile trip, Was it worth it? Yes! Excellent people from my sales guy, Thomas to the Finance guy (I believe his name was AL) Saved over $3000 from MSRP because of they have no "NO DEALER FEE" (dealerships in Sarasota as high as $799) No pressure, relaxed transaction, as Terminator said: "I'LL BE BACK!!!!"

Sun Toyota will have all of our future car business! Our salesman spent a lot of time with us, was very patient. We were undecided over used vs. new, and he did not pressure us in either direction. He was well informed, and knew the cars we looked at well. We got a very fair deal at Sun Toyota. Do your research first if you are looking, their prices from the start are cheaper than the competitors, and they came back with a very fair offer.

I went to buy a Toyota. Mr Ron Cauchi help me to choose a car. He was very helpful. There was no pressure to buy at all. I browsed at my own pace. When it was time to decide which car I wanted. Mr Cauchi answered all the questions I had. The process was quick and painless. My husband is thinking of buying a new car - I will definitely go back to SUN Toyota!

The sales person, Todd Paris, was great. We needed a larger car for our family and Todd made sure it happened for us! No Dealer fees & a gas card was really nice too. I highly recommend this dealership. The easiest and fastest financing I have ever had. Overall a truly nice experience.

I recently bought a Camry from SunToyota and it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I had checked out a lot of the dealerships in Port Richey but either the salesmen were scummy or they were trying to rip me off. I met Willie at SunToyota. I told him what I wanted and my range. He had a great effort to show me all the cars within that range and even focused me in on cars that we at the bottom and middle of my price range which was refreshing. When we got down to test driving, he told me every feature on the car. He was very knowledgable. We went inside to purchase my favorite car and there was no back and forth with the manager. I negotiated a great price, great interest rate and was in and out in a couple of hours. I will never shop at another dealership again. I will go to Sun Toyota from now on.

Awesome dealership

After a whole week long of being lied to and back and forth on the run to sun toyota, my car was finally done I had to bring it in for the last step have rotation they stol my medication from my car called the service manager he call me back talk to him he said he'll look into it never call me back next day medication showed up in my car someone broke in you can see the lines on the back passenger side window where they use to jimmy to get in call the owner of the dealership twice never got a response will never go for service there again or I will never and ever and ever buy a toyota again.. My wife, daughter, and I went to Sun Toyota yesterday to get a new Corolla S. We are very happy with this dealership! Very respectful staff, and supporting through the whole car buying process. We got the car we wanted for the price we wanted, and left with a smile! Honestly - this is the best dealership in Tampa Bay hands down. Consider me a Sun Toyota customer for life!

Don't waste your time like I did. Sun Toyota employees dont know how to do there job. I called about a used vehicle and the sales man told me it was in stock to come on down. So i drove an hour and fifteen minutes just to find out when I got there that the truck went to auction hours ago. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. well i guess if you want to deal with them treat them like babies and make sure they get off there you know what and look out the window and see that the vehicke is actually there.

THE WORST DEALER IN ALL OF FL!!!!!! The finance department is full of ignorant prudes who are unexperienced/money hungry! They will strive to give you the highest interest rate possible no matter what they promise you prior to the deal. Had me in the car for a week and told me they could not finance me under $350 a month for a used 2004 camry.! They will waste your time like they did mine. I never endured so much stress intill I walked onto their lot and dealt with them. I recommed going elsewhere for a reliable car at a decent price.!
