Really lovely staff. It was my first visit and I was impressed with selection and prices and especially the staff who went out of their way to assist an older lady. I am absolutely returning. Bye bye Sally's.

I'm always very pleased with the products and service at Silky Beauty Supply in Holiday. I've done repeat business with them for many years. One of my favorite stores in Holiday!

This establishment sells extremely "cheap" products. I attempted to return an item, since I did not use it or even open up the package. I was told that refunds were not given, but store credit was given instead. Since I viewed the products there as "shoddy", I feels like you are walking thru a "huge garage sale". Unfortunately, I ended up purchasing a more expensive item, and a week later, it no longer worked.... I would not recommend shopping here, even if it was a last resort...

I purchased a hair appliance from this store and when I used the product it would not heat properly. I returned it to the store and they didn't have much of a choice in what what I was looking for so I exchanged it for a more expensive model. The first time I used this one I discovered it to be ripping my hair out. I went back to the store for a refund wanting to go to another retailer for a better product. I was told by store manager that I could not receive a refund. I was told I could only have a store credit. After 2 tries I just wasn't comfortable trying another product from this store. Now I am out $50+ dollars for a product I can't use. I discourage anyone doing business with an establishment such as this.
