Great contractor. Ken was on time with all his appointments, worked efficiently and neatly, cleaned up the work area multiple times during the day and overall a true professional. Ken was on the job with his crew the entire time work was being done, working very hard always. I had never done any business with him prior to this, but i would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a quality roofer with years of experience. I also enjoyed meeting Jake the hound dog....truly my pleasure.

We just had OBrien Home Services put a new roof on our home in Holden. Mr. OBrien is hard working and pleasant to deal with. He is honest and forthright, and we found we can trust him to do what he says. He is well-informed about roofing materials and techniques and gave us good advice that helped with the decision making process leading up to the project. Wants to do the job right and does not cut corners. In terms of materials and craftsmanship, he gave us a first class job at a reasonable cost.

Ken did a great Job!! He used great materials and knows what he is doing. He kept the jobsite safe and neat! He fixed items that were not part of the contract!! He went above and beyond the call of duty. This is some that you trust to work on your home!!

Better to do it yourself even if you have no idea what you are doing, it will still come out better than hiring these morons....

I left a prior review stating that I never heard back from him; well he showed up and did an excellent job. Ken is very knowledgeable and does a great job, perhaps the communication breakdown was a misunderstanding...
