Christopher Zapata is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who specializes in working with adolescents, young adults and adults. He has expertise working with eating disorders and self-injurious behaviors. Additional areas of interest and expertise include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and personality disorders. He utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to assist patients in regulation emotional states, modifying thought processes and altering unhealthy patterns of behavior. Mr. Zapata's focus is to create a safe and supportive environment for his clients.
