Could not agree more with the previous post! The owner, Gail, is rude and seems to forget that we are customers, or, obviously does not care.She seems to think that it is alright to argue with people about anything (and I mean anything). They have total disregard for rental laws and can't seem to bother to get maintenance orders done in any reasonable amount of time, even when they are emergencies. If you have the option, move on to another management company. If you want to have Phoenix Property Management manage your property remember that them not taking care of maintenance orders in a professional and timely manner can cost you money too. Everyone should avoid them!

NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS!!! My fiancé and I moved here in January and rented a room from a friend until we could find our own place. He told us about his experience with this company and one of the owners (Gail); "it sure is expensive here to live"...her reply "I KNOW, I JUST LOVE IT!" with a huge smile on her face. After speaking with our neighbors who also had a terrible experience with them "I pay 1750 for a furnished house that had dog hair on the furniture when we moved in. I asked them several times to come clean the furniture with no success. I ended up getting my own cleaning staff to come clean everything and steam clean the furniture" (they were both managers at one of the national chain hotels). We needed a place to live so we tried to use Phoenix Property Management but they were a HUGE disappointment!! To sum it up: they are RUDE, LIARS, UNACCOMMODATING, INCONSIDERATE and have NO SINCE OF DIGNITY!! They realize the market is in there control because everyone is looking for a place to rent, so they feel it is OK to treat people like THEY MEAN NOTHING. Use PMR or Southwestern Reality...they are both VERY friendly and accommodating.
