The place is a dump. Everything is cheaply made. The plumbing was all messed up and the place was just falling apart. I lived there for almost 3 years and trying to get anything fixed was like pulling teeth. Management was always changing and I didnt even get my deposit back went I was told I would get it all back. I am still fighting them over my money. I would not reconmmend this dump to anyone.

This apartments are the nicest I've seen in town. They also are the newest and everything looks brand new inside. Both the manager and the maintenance guy live in the premises so they are available in case something happens at any time.

this place stinks. Poorly constructed, lots of maintenece issues that took a long time to fix, unresponsive management, and they STOLE MY DEPOSIT, even after the manager told me all of my deposit would be returned during the move-out walk through.



I wouldn't reccomend this place, (or hobbs in general) to anyone
