The office manager at this location (Hixon office) is very rude. I had an account that has been paid off for 3 years. I have papers signed by a Judge that the account was paid, but this lady refuses to remove it from my credit. The office manager insulted me and called me a liar after contacting their office every few days for two weeks. She still insists that I owe them, does not care what the papers from the Judge says. My friend had the same problem with this office a few years ago, she had thrown all of her receipts away and had to repay a loan that she had paid off already. If you are planning on getting a loan from this company I suggest that you go to the Lee Hwy. office.
