Recently admitted my mother here. The admissions lady, khloe, was friendly and helpful with many of the questions i had, and believe me i had A LOT. Building is beautiful, therapists are wonderful, but the nurses could be better. Some nurses really care but others are rude and lazy.

My father was transferred from Memorial to Life Care In Hixson for some rehab after a fall. The place is a palace. Just gorgeous. We were checked in by Chloe and she painted a masterpiece of a picture for us. Problem - her masterpiece painting was a forgery. She lied through her teeth. She lied about our insurance coverage. She lied about Medicaid. She lied about scheduling for therapy. She lied about the availability of nurses and aids. I'm hard pressed to recall anything she didn't lie about. When we questioned a nurse about what appeared to be short staffed operations, she smiled and said "That's Chloe. She don't care about nothing but filling beds". When he was discharged, I never heard nothing. Went down to the place and pops was gone. So another lie cause Chloe said we'd be contacted before he was discharged and we wasn't. Once they got your money they don't much care.
