      3rd time and it was DISAPPOINTING! Just because I did not want to upgrade my pedicure, I didn't Need To, felt like she got mad and was very rough with the cuticles and I had to hold up my get for the scrub! That's Ridiculous! I am in the cosmetology industry. I know what good service is and I know how to give Good Service. Very Upset at this experience!!!!
