The service was good but the food could be better. I had the half rack of babay back ribs and man were they small, meatless, and dry. The ribs are suppose to be your signature item, you should act like it. My side item was corn on the cobb it was the size of the plate and made the ribs look terrible. It's a good thing you guys offer other items, or you would be out of business

Got a half order of the TEXAS CHEESE FRIES as an appetizer for $3.99. These were good.My boyfriend ordered a bowl of the TERLINGUA CHILI for $3.79. Pretty much tasted like beanless Hormel chili from a can.We both ordered the TACO COMBO each getting SMOKED CHICKEN and CRISPY SHRIMP for $8.89 each. The tacos were served with black beans and rice.The entree included 2 small soft tacos of each variety. I first tasted the CRISPY SHRIMP TACO. I immediately thought 'yuck'. It had quite a strange taste to it and it wasn't good. I thought the SMOKED CKICKEN TACO would have to be better after that but I was wrong. It was worse. The chicken (about a tablespoon in each taco) didn't even taste like chicken. It was pretty much mush and the sauce again was very strange tasting. The taco shells themselves were not even good. My boyfriend ended up removing the very small amount of food in each taco and eating it without the shells. The shells were rubbery and didn't taste good.

The food was great. The service was excellent. I don't think our family has ever been to a restaurant where we have loved every thing we ordered. We will be frequent visitors!!!!!
