DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS!!!!I took a brand new white outfit to this place and got it back with a stain smack dead in the from of it!!! They tried to tell me that the stain was there when I took it in. NO IT WASN'T!!!! No compensation for their error. Instead of taking responsibility for THEIR mistake they tried to place blame on me!!! Now I have to try and find another outfit for the party I have to attend this weekend. Never again will I use this place!!!!

If you value your clothes - RUN from this place as fast as you can. I didn't think it possible, but my clothes are WORSE than when I took them in. It is so terribly obvious that they Only starched my clothes and ironed them!! And they STINK. They broke the hem on one of my dresses And one dress is STILL wrinkled!!! This is the worse cleaners I have experienced. It upsets me because I told the guy that I didn't need all of them in 1 day, but he insisted that they do things in-house and can do it in a day...I guess you can because YOU DIDNT DRY Clean THEM. I am going to report them to the BBB because this is totally unacceptable, I would be afraid to take my clothes back.

I had to give this business a star to have my opinion posted but it does not deserve a star. We took a blazer in to be cleaned because it smelled of cigarette smoke. Guess what? Four days later, it still smells of cigarette smoke and has the same spots we asked to have removed. I won't go back.

My wife and I called on 12/29/2009 at approximately to ask their hours of operation and a woman spoke to me as if she didn't care about her job nor the customer. She was very impolite and went on to say that she is unaware of the hours of operation because she only works the afternoons. even after hanging up and calling back to speak to the manager, she insisted that she was the manager and she was the only one there. I am not sure if this is simply a reflection of her only or the company and the entire staff, but which ever way, she needs to be removed or that company will lose business because there is nothing like sharing my experiences by good old fashion word of mouth.
