We bought a washer from them less than 2 years ago, it’s been broken since February. They picked it up in February to be serviced due to the bearings going out. They brought it back with a leak. It is now almost June and they have attempted to bring it back 3 more times with the same leak. They have pretty much had my washer this entire time with excuse after excuse as to why I still don’t have it. To make matters worse...NO ONE calls me. I have to call them for updates or to ask them where it is and what’s wrong with it. Everytime they bring it back, they can’t give me a straight answer as to what is wrong with it. They will rip you off. They will keep your things as long as they can to charge you rental fees on another one of their items. If I didn’t own this machine outright, I would say forget it, but because I own it...I want it fixed and brought back FIXED not broken still or rigged.
