Every-time we met with Matthew It was unconformable and unprofessional. When working with Matthew he seemed to be like a used car sales man. Just a low class guy. Limited expertise poor service

I am writing to complain about the service I have received from Matthew McInerney of Inland Home Mortgage in relation to my mortgage of $59,750.00 on 05/15/2018.

My complaint relates to the fact that Mr. Matthew did not check my income to ensure I could afford to repay the loan he
did not make it clear how much it would cost to repay nor
did he tell me in advance that they were going to take money from my bank account.

This has put me in a very difficult financial situation.

I totally can relate to the bad reviews. It took almost 2 months for this company to close on my home. (I was the seller) Not only that but they tried to pack on additional charges on the pre hud from the start and on the second one we made them redo. Since it was taking so long we agreed to pay half of the closing attorney $300 dollars but got to closing and they charged us $350 on the pre hud. With all we been through we went ahead and helped the buyer out yet again. Might I add buyer and lender agent were friends. We were suppose to close at 6 the closing attorney called at 4 saying he still haven't received the closing documents. I told him probably because it didn't go to underwriting until Friday and this was a Monday. Needless to say this company has no clue how to conduct business. We also still have not received our funding as we were told it would be deposited in 24hrs. My husband just got and email from the lending agent saying do not contact him again case is close. Its not closed til funds are sent!! Horrible business service and the buyer told us what Inland charged them and it was ridiculous. I would be ashamed to rip off your friend like that!

Just closed my first home loan with Inland Bank and my experience was great!! This is a complex process and they made it very understandable for my fiancé and I. We got a low 3.75% rate and they also helped us qualify for, not one, but two first time home buyer programs totaling over 10k. I will definitely be referring them to friends and family!!!!
