They pack and ship your things very thoroughly and quickly! The owner is very polite and professional.

I have been using Mailbox BC for several years for odd jobs, mostly copying/printing. It is a pleasure to deal with them.

We have been using Mailbox services for over 3 months now and the prices amazing as well as the work... I will not go to anyone else to get any printing done.

I absolutely LOVE this business. The people there are always as helpful as can be, eager to please, sweet, and knowledgeable. I've been patronizing this store for many years, and have NEVER been disappointed. I'd HIGHLY recommend it.

Excellent shop. I usually go in for document FAXing, copying, imaging. I usually see customers in there for shipping, business cards, supplies, etc.

Although the person at the desk seemed knowledgable I had several problems. All he had to do is print an approved template onto a post card put stamps on it and mail... Instead he retyped the template that had been approved by a lawyer stating that he didn't like how it looked. In the proccess he made spelling errors including mis-spelling my last name. When I called he made excuses insisting I gave it to him wrong, or that he copied and pasted it.. Even though the template showed that it was correct. I was never offered a refund or even to resend a corrected version. Of course he refused a discount in any way, shape or form when I paid extra to let him print and stamp it. It was a total of 300 post cards.



Bottom line he doesn't follow instructions. This also caused problems with the manager of the office since the manager was worried about the legal ramifications of what he did. Anotherwareds I went to great lentghs to make sure I followed guidelines only to have it blow up in my face.



Outcome: I can't give him the business anymore because I can't be guarenteed that he will follow instructions. You can even bet I won't refer someone to him. Sorry charlie.. I should have at least been reimbursed what I spent.
