The service tech arrived on time. Found the problem with the AC and fixed the AC quickly. The overall cost seemed reasonable.

I have worked with Piedmont Metro several times for various reasons and every time the technician comes out I am so appreciative for their patience in explaining the issues my unit has and what the best ways are to fix those issues. The technician comes out right away and has always been very polite and respectful of my home. I can't say enough great things about Piedmont Metro's customer service, which is top-of-the-line, in a world where customer service pretty much stinks most of the time.

Had a problem with a gas heating unit, great service here in less than an hour fixed quickly with no pressure suggestions on upgrading my old unit when I am ready. Will use them again anytime I have a problem.
