      Through gymnastics and cheerleading, the mission of The Gym-Nest Ltd. is to inspire children of all ages and abilities to gain self-esteem and confidence, build strength, flexibility and agility. The Gym-Nest has been here for over 30 years and look forward to many more wonderful years! The Gym-Nest is: * A 12,000 square foot gymnastics and cheer facility conveniently located in Hillsboro, Oregon. * Where children ages 3 - 18 can learn recreational or competitive gymnastics and cheerleading skills. * Where your child gains confidence, body awareness, discipline and strength. * Where your child has fun, meets friends and feels proud of them as they achieve new goals. * Staffed with professionals who stay up to date with the ever-changing sports of gymnastics and cheer. * Where the very best training techniques and progressions are used by our staff.

      We offer; Preschool Classes, School Age Classes, All-Star Cheer, Other Classes, Birthday Parties. We also carry leotards and accessories for competitive gymnastics. All-Star Cheer - There is still room on our Mini and Youth All-Star squads. All-Star Cheer is a year round commitment that includes some competitions.
