We are proud to offer one of the most comprehensive Rehabilitation Programs in the area. We serve a very diverse scope of patients as well as providing services to patients of all ages. Our new 5,200 square foot facility is located at 1108 Northview Drive behind Walgreens in Hillsboro. We offer state-of-the-art equipment and treatment modalities to help you achieve your highest functional potential. Our skilled staff also works closely with your physician and Home Health Services of Highland District Hospital to provide rehabilitative care to homebound patients. NOTE: Rehabilitation services require a referral from your physician.
