      Buffingtons hung in there with us to solve what turned out to be a pretty complicated insulation problem in our attic that was impacting the great new heating and cooling system they had installed nearly two years ago! The staff was always responsive and kept trying to help, finally air sealing the crawl space above our bedroom. We were away when they did the work and they left my house so clean I wasn't sure they had even been there! My old house with its many additions and multiple HVAC zones has scared off many contractors, but not Bill Buffington! He super sleuthed the problem like the Sherlock Holmes of HVAC! I have a dry, cool bedroom and a happy husband! Thanks, WM Buffington Company!

      I have never dealt with a more honest company than WM Buffington Company. It was a real pleasure having them do my installation. I couldn't be any happier with the results.
