I ordered flowers for my wifes birthday. I paid 71.00 for a 20.00 arrangement that looked nothing like the photo. when the flowers arrived, many of them were broken, clearly they had fallen over. I called the shop and spoke with some women. she was rude and snippy. I told her why I was calling, and she said "oh it sounds like the delivery driver messed up again". that was it. she blamed it on the driver as if she had no control or responsibility. I said that's not good enough. she said she would talk to her driver, check it out, and call me back. of course she never did. I order flowers at least a dozen times a year between my family and clients. this is the worst experience I have ever had. I am shocked they are still in business. they shouldn't be. stay away from these rude idiots!!!

Horrible Horrible flower shop!!! Very rude even to a fellow flower shop.

This is the worst flower shop I have ever experienced. Their customer service is rude. They were delivering an arrangement to our house and we were not at home the two times they attempted. They said they would not try again and that we would be charged anyway. They were very very rude and I would definitely stay away from them in the future. This is not a good business.
