They sent in my application for the wrong product, then lied about it when I went to the branch to complain. My banker faked a phone call to BofA corp, which I verified when I called them immediately upon exiting this branch. They verified for the that the product which was processed was not the one I requested. I also told them that she faked a phone call in front of me, and will be sending an email to coporate also. Others I know have had bad experiences also. One had a fraudulent account opened in her name by someone at this branch, and the other is experiencing general incompetence. The waits here are very long, for no good reason whatsoever.

I have never been to a bank where everyone is always acknowledging and enthusiastic!!! The retail store that I managed bank with them and so I was in there a couple times a week--because of their kind staff I changed banks to Bank of America! You guys show true genuine customer service or as I like to refer to it as--guest engagement! Thank you! Molly McCarty
