Superior Mortgage Co., Inc., in business for 25 years, is the Hudson Valley's Leader in home mortgages, refinancing and all types of real estate loans. We work with 21 banks and lenders and obtain the lowest interest rates for our customers. We are a 'best practices' mortgage company, which means we pass our entire 0.5% savings on to our customers. There is a retail rate of lending, that a customer receives if they go to the bank directly and a wholesale rate of lending that a mortgage broker obtains for a mortgage. Based on our 25 years of experience, our reputation and number of loans we obtain, we have an A plus rating, which gets us a 0.5% discount from the retail rate, a rare achievement in the industry. We have every mortgage program available: Conventional, FHA, VA, SONYMA, Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP), Rehab 203K, Construction, Home Equity Loans, Credit Lines, No Income, Investment, Commercial.
