Worst customer service I've experienced at a gas station! My company has a fleet gas card that you use a company pin and your driver ID is the last 4 digits of your social security number, at this sonoco you dont use your card they have one for the whole company and the pin is a little different. I bought $117 in gas and accidentally typed in the pin wrong 2 times. The lady, who I assume is an owner with her husband because she's always there, legitimately yelled at me because they get charged every time they swipe. Forgive me if I'm wrong but, don't you only get charged the fee if the transaction goes through? Besides what is a 10 cent charge compared to.the $117 in gas I just got? Needless to say, I will never return here. Which is a shame for their business considering the vehicle needs gas weekly and it always costs around $100.
