Provided by YPmobileLiterally the worst at&t store ever, they are not a corporate store either. From the management to the employees, they lack knowledge and usefulness when it comes to general knowledge about phones, services, advice about technology, and products. It seems to me that they are all about making a quick buck instead of quality service and dedicated time to their customers. I highly recommend going to the Fenton AT&T store and not this particular store.

Provided by YP.comIn response to US Cellular leaving the area I have been on the hunt for a new wireless carrier. After searching the internet I decided to visit the local AT&T store. My advice? Shy away from the AT&T store in High Ridge if you can avoid it. I went in last week and told them exactly what I am paying and what I currently have data wise and minutes and what I wanted (which is a close proximity of what I have). I told him we would have a discount through Lowes, but he seemed put out by me asking him to give me the cost of a plan WITH the discount - as if it was too much effort to actually look it up. And, in spite of the fact I said we do not use all the minutes we have each month, he tried to upsell me on an unlimited talk plan we do not need, and wouldn't use, which would have cost an additional $60 a month above what I pay now. When I told him that it was too much, he found a more suitable plan, but still padded it with additional items that were unnecessary - and never asked if I wanted. I finally became exhausted at his approach and the waste of my time and told him he needed to actually listen to what his customer said they wanted.
Another representative then asked me what company I currently have, to which I replied US Cellular. He rudely exclaimed, well, we're not US Cellular! (No, kidding - the guys at US Cellular came to our house and tried their phones out in our house to make sure we got service INSIDE our home before they made the sale - how's that for customer service?) At that point, I told them I'm done - thank you - have a good day.
I believe in shopping local when you can - which is what I always try to do. But this store is not where I was made welcome SPENDING my money. It felt as if they thought they were doing me a favor by waiting on me. You know what else the AT&T Store in High Ridge is not? They are NOT a business who is going to get a single penny of my cash.
