Owner and wife made a simple mistake. Instead of amittibg it. He yells and gets VERY hyper. He so bad I record any conversation we have. His wife tells me because he had a long day. No excuse. I guess their mothers didn't teach respect. It was their choice to make a career of picking up other people's trash. Miserable people. TERRIBLE customers services.

This is the WORST trash company that I have EVER had to deal with. I wouldn't use this trash company if it were free. The owner is moody and rude! He picks and chooses what he wants to haul away depending on his mood and the weather. There's been times we had more than normal trash and he's taken it and we've even helped them load it and then there's days he just leaves it. He was just a small owner when we first became a customer and now he's got enough to keep him busy he has the attitude that he's doing us a favor and giving us a deal. I've heard many complaints in the subdivision on him and now I have dealt with those complaints personally. Don't buy a good trash can if you use this company for they throw your cans after emptying and we've had lids missing and handles broken off our nice cans. I had to give a rating, in order to submit, but I wouldn't give this company a star at all otherwise.
