I overall usually love this store. However today I went into the store and I was about to checkout. I was standing close to a rack where they hang clothes on that people put back and An older woman came by and yelled “excuse me, excuse me” and I didn’t know she was talking to me because she didn’t make eye contact or tap me to let me know. Instead she ran over my food and left with the carts. I was wearing flip flops and those metal racks felt terrible rolling over bare skin on my feet. I ended up getting the woman’s name. I don’t feel it’s right giving the store as a whole a bad review If only one worker ruined my expirence. The woman who ran over my foot her name was Sheryl. When I pointed the lady out another worker didn’t seem surprised it was her who did it. I hope the store takes necessary action to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Once again I love carolina thrift but that was not the right thing to do to a customer as an employee.

store is open stupid people don't know what they are talking about . great place to shop for bargains

I believe this store has been under new management for a while now. I went recently and the employees were friendly and helpful. The store is well-organized and has loads of useful things and hidden treasures if you have time to look. I will go back soon!

Great place to shop but would be helpful if they listed their hours on the yellow pages ad.
