I feel compelled to tell anyone who will listen about this company. Please do not seek an apartment at Oakridge Hollow Apartments in Ridge (owned by this management company). My story is quite lengthy but this only allows me 2000 characters so i am going to give the very short version. RUN, DO NOT WALK away from these apartments and this Company in general. I was a tenant from 9/2015 until March 31, 2018. It was a brand new apartment building slated for late March, early April 2015 occupancy (the C/O was going to be received any day now). I heard this story for 6 months...they will tell you whatever they need to tell you..It was always am issue with Brookhaven town Buidlings department or something other than THEIR ISSUE. They are the issue. I was finally told the C/O was received in September 2015, signed the lease, provided deposits and then received a call the night before the moving truck was arriving to advise, "Oops, we don't actually have the C/O yet". Your furniture can move in but you cannot...it will be only a few days. Ended up being 11 days in a room hotel for 4 adults. When we finally could legally move in there were no blinds or screens on any windows, f/place d/not work, no exterior lighting...list goes on. Now they are trying to keep he majority of my security deposit because they wanted me to paint the walls upon leaving and pay for their cleaning services. I left the apartment spotless. RUN.....do not walk away from this complex and this company. I have so much more i can tell you. They have nothing but excuses and lies and more excuses and lies to tell. I have never had an issue with any apartment complex in my life. This place is run by thieves. Save yourself. It looks pretty...it is NOT PRETTY.
