Okay, I think that if you are getting paid to be in customer service, maybe you should provide some customer service! I stood around forever waiting on the people that were supposed to be working to be done gossiping, when I interrupted- I was given nothing but attitude. On top of that their dresses were chincy and overpriced

The own was very rude. Said, that I gained weight which I did. I am still size 14. The beads and the hem is coming apart. Said, it smelled and had a few spots on it.. It did have anything wrong with it he took it to the back and came out and said, there are spots on it. I think he put them on it. I will tell everyone not to buy a dress from this place. It's not worth the my time... 3 thrumbs down to Bedazzled... the BBB is going to be told...

I went here looking for wedding dresses. The staff was rude and it was an uncomfortable experience with everyone in the mall walking by looking at you. They wouldn't allow me to take any pictures for me to look at to help me make my decision. Later, I ended up picking out bridesmaids dresses I liked online & Bedazzled was who carried them in my area. I took a few of my bridesmaids there & the owner Raj put one of them in a different dress than what I had picked and all my bridesmaids liked it, so instead of the one shoulder dress I wanted I got stuck with strapless dresses. They were pretty, but when the dresses arrived, some of the gathers had come out of all of them. Bedazzled refused any discount or refund or to allow me to switch dresses. They inadequately fixed the gathers in all 10 of my bridesmaids dresses, which all fell out before my wedding even started. They looked ridiculous and my pictures were ruined! Don't shop here and definitely don't buy Forever Yours style # 78101 dresses!!! This was a huge waste of time and about $200 per dress!!!

I ordered a dress over the phone for my mother's wedding. I never signed a contract; however, I trusted the person on the phone. The dress was NEVER ordered and only half of my money was returned when I arrived to Hickory for the wedding. The owner told me that if I was rude I would get nothing back, (which was shocking as I was nothing but polite to the man). I've reported Bedazzled to the Better Business Bureau in hopes that they do not cheat anyone else out of their money.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I recently went in here to find my wedding dress and was blown away by not only the selecetion, but the prices and the staff. Jenny and Chelsea were so incredibly helpful. Jenny helped me find ther gown and accessories of my dreams well under my 1000 budget, and Chelsea helped me pick out the perfect bridesmaid dresses. I haven't gotten the grooms stuff done yet but I will be coming back here for that. I will def be recommending this place to my friends, coworkers, family, pretty much any one who will listen! Thank you so much yall!!!
