We had our wedding here last October and it was magnificent. We used the brand new barn chapel for our ceremony, set up lawn games on the big field area next to the pavilion for cocktail hour, and then moved into the pavilion for the reception. We finished the night with a fire in the outdoor fire pit with s'mores! Most of our guests stayed on site making transportation easy and making it awesome for spending time with friends and family in from out of town. Those who didn't stay at the retreat easily found lodging at one of the nearby hotels or RV parks. The staff was wonderful. Georgia helped us along the way and let us visit many times before the big day. Patrice was our go to all weekend long and she was amazing, so helpful and fun! Our pictures are gorgeous with all the trees beginning to change color and the river rushing around the property. We stayed in the Rock Cabin and all our pre-wedding photos turned out spectacular as well. It's the perfect place for an intimate, beautiful, rustic, friendly wedding day. I highly recommend!
