i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseSo I tried Louisiana Cajun Seafood House tonight. I must say that was the most disgusting meal I have ever had in my life. Not only that but the customer service is completely lacking. The manager is the rudest man ever and needs to go to school to learn customer service and business management skills. I ordered the alligator, I have had this several times at other places across the country and it was always delicious and tender. I was very excited when the waitress told me it was on the menu. I told her I wanted it without seasoning and she insisted that I had to order it with 1 of their seasonings on it....? I should have known right then when they won't even let the customer order what they want that it was going to be a bad night. Either way I order my food as do my in-laws and daughter. Everyone's food comes out EXCEPT mine. Their food was all OK nothing to write home about. Meanwhile everyone is having their meal i'm still waiting for mine... When they are all almost done with their food mine FINALLY comes out. I open the bag and gag at the odor of the seasoning... it was not pleasant. I know to give things a try anyways though so I dive in an take a bite of alligator. It was so tough that it literally was like trying to chew a piece of rubber. I couldn't even bite through it. I spit it out into a napkin and sent it back with the waitress. She asked if I wanted something else and I declined as everyone else was already done eating and didn't want to wait anymore. We asked for the ticket and she said she'd take the alligator off. The ticket came and she didn't take it off. We asked another waitress to fix it because ours mysteriously disappeared. She went and had the manager come talk to us.. He came to our table with a giant attitude and proceeded to tell me how ALL alligator is tough and thats the way it is supposed to be and that even though I didn't eat it at all I still had to pay for it because it is an expensive product and it cost him to buy it and he can't just eat the cost. I told him i've had this before several times and it was NEVER tough like that. He started to ARGUE with me that he'd lived in Louisiana for 10 years and it IS tough! This MANAGER would not stop no matter what we did or said he just kept arguing. I told him "Fine if you insist on me paying for food that I did not eat then please separate it from the rest of the bill so we can pay for our other food items and then go ahead and call the police for my item because I refuse to pay for that." At that point he told the waitress to just take it off the bill but NEXT time I would have to pay no matter what. I informed him that would NOT be an issue as I was NEVER coming back there. That was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I would not be surprised to see this business fail EPICALLY with the way they treat people. To sit there and argue with a customer for minutes on end while their children are sitting there crying because they want to go home and customers are sitting and watching was just BEYOND unprofessional. I am still shocked by the events that took place there and I absolutely, firmly do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!

It's Hesperia and for here it's not to bad, the service needs work, but their new. The food was pretty good, some of it was not seasoned evenly so some bites were bland some spicier then others. The fried Oysters were good and the Cat fish was real tasty. I think they may have a chance if they stay focused on quality and good service and not get greedy. I will go back again for sure. This place is horrible the food has no real taste. The crabs were small the prices are way to high. I thought this place was going to be as good as the one in ontario ca, but it not even close. The gumbo is not really gumbo so please don't get fooled by the name of the restaurant to think it should be good. I would never go to this place again. I purchased 3 lb. of snow crab and ate half a pound and decided not to eat any more.
