      Very disappointed thought I was going to get a hot meal to go instead me and another family sat in our cars for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come outside finally we both decided to go in after she called and said they were shortstaffed that they could not bring our food out but they were going to watch us just sitting there while our food had been cooked over 25 minutes so now we get expensive food to go with no sorry kiss my butt have a good day or thank you not the day to mess with me! Tia

      Terrible service and poor food. We ate lunch there yesterday 6/15/14. We will not go back. What happened to this restaurant?

      Founded in 1975, Chili s Grill & Bar is a chain of restaurants with a location in Hermitage, Tenn. The restaurant features soups, salads, steaks, quesadillas, burgers and desserts. Its seafood menu offers shrimp, salmon and tilapia.
