Took over an hour to change a tire, and charged me nearly full price for a tire that had a warranty on it.

I have done several repairs and bought several tires through Cole muffler in Herkimer. My experience has been brutal, they are always behind and take twice as long or more than they say it will be. Every time I do business there I say never again but they are always the best price. My most recent experience was the worst. I ordered tires 4 days ahead and showed up before the doors were open but they never got my tires in. No one called to tell me that my tires weren't in. The manager talked me into some Cooper tires which I didn't want in the first place. Now fast forward 14 months and 14,000 miles; my tires rated for 55,000 miles are shot already! Yes my truck is in alignment and yes I did rotate my tires. They are unable to make any progress with Cooper so I am out in the cold and out $350. I will never do business here again and suggest you go elsewhere also. Paul, East Springfield NY
