Worst Salon in East Henrico... she an older lady actually burned me with HOT water then her and her male co-worker laughed in my face.Then these clowns had the Nerve to lock the door and call the Police, Horrible.Rating should -1Worst Salon experience EvEr!!!!

TO THE WOMAN WHO WROTE THE NEGATIVE COMMENT-OBVIOUSLY THE PROBLEM EXISTS IN THE PATRON CHAIR NOT THE SALON PERSONNEL AS YOUR GRAMMAR IS ATROCIOUS! THE STAFF HERE ARE FABULOUS, KIND AND CONSIDERATE AND DO A FABULOUS JOB!!!

my daughter & I visited this salon today..don't recommend it to anyone. She got gel french tips..lines were crooket & clear nail polish all over her fingers. I was suppose to get gel nails but got a gel coat with regular polish which the male tech missed the sides of my nails & not happy that he had to fix. then he put my hands under a regular fan dry. Gel nails are suppose to be done with a shelac & dry under a UV lamp!!! And I paid $30 for this!!! What the...... Not to mention after 15 min under fan & then 1 1/2 hours later, I was unloading groceries & put a nick in my nails that have 3 coats of polish & 2 coats of clearcoat. Filing a compalint with vise & request stop payment on my account. Not profesional or friendly at all!! :( Should have known better when only 1 person in there when we went in & the nail tech I started with had to squat down under his table to do his customers toes!! Really......
