Provided by YP.comCaution: when re signing your lease pay close attention to the ending date, Mine was increased by 5 days per year. They are one sided when it comes to following a lease. the contract includes maintenance and when you put in a work order it is often marked completed even though it isn't fixed. They do not inspect the grounds, dead Christmas trees, trash, and dead animals lay on the property for months. When I moved in I was told that the club house can be rented, now they are saying it can not. However, employees rent it for their family and friends with so many people they are sitting on top of cars, using all of the grills, the pool and playground. Kids running around unsupervised, to the point my baby grand daughter couldn't even go near the playground without almost being trampled. This used to be a nice neighborhood. I could move to the south side of Richmond ( bad section) and pay a whole lot less to have the same atmosphere as
Gayton Pointe town homes.

Provided by YP.comI hate this place!!! Too expensive for what you get. Limited parking....but they will sell you a space for $50 bucks a month. The garages are way over priced at $175. Rent is too high for such a small space. Not enough cabinets or closet space. Dryer vent was clogged for 3 months and after many, many complaints and them telling me they fixed it (by sticking a leaf blower in the dryer and trying to "blow out" the lint. Finally after I said I want a new dryer because it takes 3 or 4 cycles to dry anything...someone went up on the roof and pulled a big ball of lint out of the vent. They sent me pictures (which I still have)....of course...didn't compensate for my high electric bill. Floors are uneven in the bedrooms. And people leave vehicles sitting the same spaces for months without current inspection or registration...they might even be abandoned. And the management barely leave the office to walk around and inspect the property. They also talk down to you when you ask them a question. The pool was closed more during the summer than open...conveniently closed most weekends and holidays (but they have new pool furniture....woo). Garbage was piled up in front of the dumpster several times. Do yourself a favor...look elsewhere!!!
