I moved here in 2011 and I haven't had any issues. The only downfall is no w/d hookups and the laundry mat is tiny, they have since redone it but I haven't been to look. They are always having events for the community in the summer like, pool parties and cookouts. I haven't had any issues with maintenance except they change often and some of them can be a little arrogant. No problem with pests, I had brand new carpet when I moved in. Manager is nice and friendly, she always has a smile on her face when I come in and her assist is nice too. Any person who has an issue with them probably has the attitude problem. They are on top of issues, constantly sending notices to the tenants. I like it for my first place, good for the money.
