Active Escapes is a fitness organization centered on identifying, restoring, and then strengthening fundamental functional human movement patterns. Before we are anything else, we are all human, and as humans, we all share fundamental movement patterns that go along with the anatomy. At Active Escapes, it is our job to reveal to you where your weak links or patterns are, give you exercises to correct and restore those patterns, and then as quickly as possible move on to adding strength and integrity to properly functioning, structurally intact human beings.
