Dr. Moore and his staff are amazing! They are truly able to make a trip to the dentist a stress-free experience, even when the work is extensive. Not only am I a patient, my children go to Dr. Moore, too. The both adore Valerie, the hygienist, and they actually look forward to their visits.

I have been trying to get a refund for $103 for over a year from them. I have been told by them since April, 08 I would be getting my check in a couple of weeks. I have been keeping documented information each time I talk to them for over a year. They never call me back when they tell me they are going to check the status of the check. I called this morning to see what they found out yesterday and Maggie said they had to send more information to Corporate, and they keep changing the rules. I told her I've been told for over a year I was going to get my check in a couple of weeks. The reason we left Embassy is because of their record keeping, not filing insurance correctly and changing Dentist. We had three different dentist on three different visits. I have never seen a Corporation run like this, very, very Un-professional. The two people I have been working with trying to get my refund is Andrea and Maggie and nothing they tell me ever comes into play. I will say Maggie did call me back once when she said she would, but Andrea never has called me back and each time I call she always has an excuse about how busy they are.
