Great experience in November, they helped me find exactly the right laptop for me and a lifetime warranty is included. Prices are great. Then yesterday, I took another laptop in due to a key sticking. When they checked it out, the issue had resolved during the trip, so they gave it a once over, made sure it was ok and didn't charge me any thing. Just wished us Happy Holidays. Needless to say, I have found my new computer shop.

My laptop was behaving slowly, very slowly, and I took it in to Isaac. He scanned for viruses, trojans and malware and found several. He recommended an anti virus app but he didn't push it. He sped up my computer and did not charge me. I was flabbergasted. In this world where there is nothing for free, it is refreshing to find a store in which customer service truly is good.
